How do I choose the correct size?

For those placing their first order with us, we highly recommend taking the time to measure your existing garments and compare those measurements to our size chart on the product page.

By doing so, you can select the size that most closely matches your measurements, ensuring an ideal fit right from the start.

I received a defective product. What do I do?

At Owlam Apparel, we are committed to ensuring that every product we offer meets our strict quality standards.

Rest assured if you happen to receive an item that isn't up to par, we're here to help. Simply contact us, describing the issue you've encountered. Please include photographs of the defect and include your order number in the subject line.

I accidentally put my hoodie in the dryer and it shrank. What can I do?

We've made sure to offer care instructions across multiple platforms–on our website, via socials, and also within your package to ensure your garments last as long as possible.

Since cotton is susceptible to shrinkage, we advise to avoid heat to prevent this from happening.

However, if your clothing happens to shrink from dryer use, don't worry, there's still a chance to fix it!

We recommend washing the garment in cold water and then, while it's damp, gently stretching it back to its original shape with the help of someone else. This technique can often help regain some of its original form.

Where is my confirmation email?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. Please check your spam and promotions folder - occasionally it can end up there.

If you do not receive your order confirmation email within 12 hours of placing your order you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Please email us and we'll resend it straight away!

Can I update my order?

If your order has not been fulfilled, please email us with your order number and the details you'd like to change.

Your order cannot be updated if it has already been fulfilled.
