Size/Colour Changes

Please contact us as soon as possible for size or colour changes. Once an order is dispatched, changes cannot be made.

Defective Items

All items purchased are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with pictures of the defective product. The item(s) must be in unused, unworn, unaltered, and odor-free condition. We reserve the right to determine if returned merchandise is in a saleable condition.

Refunds will be issued upon receiving returns and will be processed back to the original form of payment. Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for refunds to reflect on your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Please report missing packages within 2 weeks of delivery confirmation to your local courier and notify us via email with your order number.

We are not liable for lost/stolen packages if the shipping address is correct.
